Terms of Service
Last updated: 13th January 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the provision of design and visualization services by The logic Shop (“Service Provider”) to the client (“Client”). By engaging the Service Provider, the Client agrees to the following terms.
The Service Provider offers professional services including, but not limited to:
Customer journey mapping
Service blueprint visualization
Hybrid journey and service design artifacts
Visual documentation and presentation materials
The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline will be agreed upon in writing prior to the start of each engagement.
Each project is scoped individually based on client requirements. Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require a revised timeline and additional fees.
Fees are agreed upon before work begins. Payment is processed via an approved payment platform. Unless otherwise stated in writing, work will commence after payment is received.
Reasonable revisions related to the agreed scope are included. Additional revisions or changes that materially alter the scope may be subject to additional fees.
The Client agrees to provide accurate and timely information, feedback, and materials necessary for the completion of the project. Delays in providing input may impact delivery timelines.
Upon full payment, the Client is granted ownership of the final approved deliverables. The Service Provider retains the right to display the work for portfolio and self-promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any non-public or proprietary information shared by the Client will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
While the Service Provider applies professional skill and care, no guarantees are made regarding business outcomes, performance improvements, or commercial success resulting from the deliverables.
Either party may terminate an engagement by written notice. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for work completed up to the termination date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the deliverables.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
